What is polypropylene PP granules? 

PP copolymerization is a type of polypropylene material formed by the copolymerization of propylene and ethylene monomers. It is mainly divided into two types: random copolymer PP-R and block copolymer PP-B, which have performance differences from homopolymer PP-H (polymerization of a single propylene monomer).

Core performance characteristics of (PP-R) and  (PP-B):

 Random copolymer PP (PP-R)
Advantages: Excellent comprehensive performance, high strength, great rigidity, good heat resistance (continuous service temperature can reach 110-120℃), excellent dimensional stability, excellent low-temperature toughness (good flexibility), outstanding transparency and gloss.
Disadvantage: Compared with block copolymer PP, its creep resistance is slightly weaker.
 
Block Copolymer PP (PP-B)
Advantages: The impact resistance is significantly improved, especially suitable for applications in low-temperature environments, but the creep resistance is relatively poor
