1. Excellent physical properties
High transparency: The light transmittance is as high as 88%~91%, which is close to the visual effect of glass. It also has excellent anti-ultraviolet (UV) performance and is not easy to yellow after long-term use.
Ultra-high impact resistance: The impact strength is 200 times that of ordinary glass and 30 times that of acrylic. It still maintains excellent toughness and is not easy to break even in low temperature (-40ºC) environment.
Lightweight: The density is only 1.2 g/cm³, which is more than 50% lighter than glass, making it easy to transport and install.
2. Excellent heat resistance and flame retardancy
High temperature resistance: The heat deformation temperature (HDT) reaches 130~135ºC, and it can withstand high temperatures of 150ºC for a short period of time, which is far higher than acrylic (80~90ºC).
3. Chemical stability and safety
Chemical corrosion resistance: It has good tolerance to weak acids, weak bases, alcohols and oils, and is suitable for chemical environments.
Food grade safety: It complies with food contact material standards such as FDA and EU 10/2011, has no BPA (bisphenol A) residue, and can be used for medical and food packaging.
4. Processing adaptability
Easy processing: It supports secondary processing such as cutting, drilling, hot bending, bonding, and is compatible with CNC, laser engraving and other processes.
Weather resistance: It has passed the QUV aging test (more than 1000 hours), and the outdoor service life can reach more than 10 years.
