1. Introduction to TPU
Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is a polymer material that combines rubber elasticity and plastic processing properties. It consists of a soft segment (polyether or polyester) and a hard segment (diisocyanate and chain extender). Its hardness, wear resistance, oil resistance and other properties can be adjusted through molecular structure design. It is widely used in industry, medical, consumer electronics and other fields.

2. Characteristics of TPU raw materials
Excellent mechanical properties: high elasticity, high tear strength, good resilience, and can withstand repeated stretching and compression.
Wide hardness range (Shore A 60~D 80), adapted to different application requirements.
Excellent wear resistance and oil resistance: wear resistance is better than natural rubber and most plastics, suitable for manufacturing soles, industrial conveyor belts, etc.
Resistant to mineral oil, grease and some solvents, suitable for automotive parts, seals, etc.
Good low temperature resistance and weather resistance: stable performance in the range of -40ºC~120ºC, not easy to brittle at low temperatures
