Advantages of Polyether TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) as the outer material of the cable:
1. Mechanical properties: The tensile strength of polyether TPU is much higher than other sheath materials, usually above 25MPa;
2. The elongation is also above 500%, showing good load-bearing capacity, impact resistance and shock absorption performance. Temperature performance: TPU has excellent low temperature resistance, which can reach -50ºC, and is very suitable for use in severe cold environments such as the north.
3. Tear strength: The tear strength of more than 80kN/m can effectively prevent the sheath layer from cracking, improving the overall durability of the cable.
4. Flame retardant properties: Flame retardant reinforced TPU sheath has halogen-free flame retardant properties, will not cause pollution to the environment, and increase the safety of use.
5. Chemical resistance: TPU has excellent performance in bending resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance, hydrolysis resistance and weather resistance, and can maintain stable performance under various harsh conditions.
6. Environmentally friendly and non-toxic: TPU and PUR are both oil-resistant, heat-sealable, odorless and non-toxic materials. This material is very oil-resistant, wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, low-temperature resistant, elastic, non-toxic and odorless, and has a wide range of uses in production and manufacturing.
