Polyester hot melt adhesive TPU material belongs to a type of Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU). TPU is the abbreviation of Thermoplastic Urethane, which is a high molecular material formed by the co-reaction polymerization of diisocyanate molecules such as diphenylmethane diisocyanate or toluene diisocyanate and macromolecular polyols and low-molecular polyols. It is an innovative material between elastic rubber and hard plastic, and polyester-based TPU is an important category of TPU

 

 

What are the  features of hot melt  Adhesive grade TPU?

Wide hardness range: The hardness range is 60HA - 85HD, which can meet the material hardness requirements of different application scenarios5.
High elasticity: It has good elasticity and can quickly recover to its original shape after deformation, which makes it perform well in some applications that require buffering and shock absorption145.
