TPR is transparent or white in color; it is granular in shape, usually spherical, ellipsoidal and thin round strips, with a bright surface and good reflective properties.
--TPR rubber has good resilience and wear resistance, excellent anti-slip and shock absorption properties. TPR material is softer and more comfortable than rubber, but the material tensile strength, fatigue resistance and mechanical properties are not as good as vulcanized rubber.
--TPR has a temperature range of -45~90ºC. The commonly used TPR material is based on SBS substrate, and its chemical properties are as follows: weather resistance and aging resistance are general, and temperature resistance is 70~75ºC. If you need a material with good aging resistance and temperature resistance, you can choose a modified material based on SEBS.
--Hardness characteristics, TPR material can adjust its hardness from 5 to 100 degrees Shore hardness, and the modified material based on SEBS can be adjusted to a lower hardness.
--Processing characteristics, TPR material has good bonding properties with certain glues, inks, etc., and has good inkjet screen printing processability.

Application:
TPR materials are widely used in daily products, adult products, hardware tools, luggage wheels, sports equipment, toys, auto parts, medical products, wires and cables, electronic appliances, communication instruments and footwear products, etc. Among them, the footwear and toy industries are mainly the application fields of TPR based on SBS. The modified materials based on SEBS are mainly used in products with high requirements for aging resistance, weather resistance, high tensile strength of material properties, and ultra-low material hardness (less than 5 degrees of Shore hardness).
