Product Overview

Carbon Fiber Filled Engineering Plastics are high-performance composite materials produced by uniformly dispersing chopped carbon fibers into thermoplastic resins. Compared with unfilled plastics, carbon fiber filled materials offer significantly improved mechanical strength, stiffness, dimensional stability, heat resistance, and lightweight performance.

Our carbon fiber filled compounds are available in a wide range of base polymers, including PA6, PA66, PA12, TPU, ABS, PC, PP, PPS, POM, PEI, PEEK, HDPE, and PPA, with carbon fiber content from 5% to 60%, suitable for injection molding and extrusion applications.
