What is Hard PVC resin ?
One kind of PVC without plasticizers is called rigid PVC (polyvinyl chloride). Its qualities include insulation, high hardness, and resistance to corrosion. It is extensively utilized in industrial items, construction, and other industries after being processed via extrusion, injection molding, and other methods.
Core Characteristics
Using polyvinyl chloride resin as the primary raw material and stabilizers, lubricants, and other additives without the use of softening agents, rigid PVC (UPVC/PVC-U) is a thermoplastic material created through a polymerization reaction. Although it is resistant to acid, alkali, and salt erosion and has good chemical stability, stabilizers must be added to improve its resistance to light and heat.
