What is Adhesive grade TPU( thermoplastic polyurethane) granules ?

TPU adhesive, or thermoplastic polyurethane adhesive, is a high-performance adhesive material widely used in the fields of footwear, packaging, automobiles, magnetic recording materials, etc. TPU adhesives can be divided into different grades according to different application requirements.

1. What are the Classification of Adhesive grade TPU by performance grade?

1 High performance grade

Features: It has extremely high chemical resistance, UV resistance, hydrolysis resistance and low-temperature flexibility. It is suitable for applications in extreme environments, such as automotive interiors, high-performance sports shoes, etc.

Applications: automotive interiors, high-performance sports shoes, high-end packaging materials, etc.

2 Medium performance grade

Features: It has good chemical resistance, UV resistance and hydrolysis resistance, but the performance is slightly lower than the high performance grade. It is suitable for general industrial applications.

Applications: general industrial applications, ordinary packaging materials, daily consumer products, etc.

3 Low performance grade

Features: It has basic chemical resistance and UV resistance, and is suitable for applications with low performance requirements.

Applications: low-cost consumer products, disposable packaging materials, etc.

Q: About delivery time
A:3-7 days after advance payment for the sample, if the bulk purchase, it needs to be negotiated.

Q: About payment term
We'd like to use T/T 40% deposit in advance by T/T, and the balance paid before delivery., about L/C term can become complicated,And there are a lot of extra costs .Also small amount can be pay by PAYPAL .
