ABS Resin Virgin/Recycled Plastic Pellets Granules
The main body of ABS Plastic Granule is a blend or ternary copolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene, which is a tough and rigid thermoplastic.
Styrene gives ABS good moldability, gloss, and rigidity; Acrylonitrile gives ABS good heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and surface hardness;
Butadiene gives ABS good impact strength and low-temperature resilience. The performance of the three components varies depending on their proportions.

Mechanical property
Plastic ABS Beads with excellent mechanical properties, good impact strength, and can be used at extremely low temperatures;
ABS Plastic Granules has excellent wear resistance, good dimensional stability, and oil resistance, and can be used for bearings under moderate loads and low speeds.
The creep resistance of ABS Pellets is greater than that of PSF and PC.
Thermal Properties
The thermal deformation temperature of plastic ABS Powder: 93-118 ºC.
ABS Plastic Material can be further increased by about 10 ºC after annealing treatment.
ABS plastic resin can still exhibit certain toughness at -40 ºC and can be used within the temperature range of -40~100 ºC.
Electrical performance
ABS Plastic grain has good electrical insulation and is almost unaffected by temperature, humidity, and frequency, making it suitable for use in most environments.
Environmental performance
ABS Plastic Material is not affected by water, inorganic salts, alkalis, and various acids, but is soluble in ketones, aldehydes, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. It can undergo stress cracking when corroded by glacial acetic acid, vegetable oil, and other substances.
